Our flash stamp machine B-series is a new, high-tech method of transferring a laser image onto a polymer surface to make pre-inked stamps. This device uses optical image technology to make high-resolution stamp impressions.
Our flash stamp machines are safe and easy to operate and produces perfect stamps using the latest micro-processor controlled technology.
Available in various exposure sizes , and therefore allows the simultaneous production of a variety of small stamps or even the largest pre inked stamps.
The unique design of circuit and structure, high quality element and component selection make the B-series flash stamp machine having the characters of small volume and reliable performance, the reasonable design of ventilation ensure quick cooling of flash tube and glass .Using the capacitor made by Nippon Chemi-con Japan, By that can ensure our flash machine can make power flashing every time . it is convenient to use the machine in the condition of continuous exposure, according to the different flash foams , area of impressions and fonts ,users can adjust the energy to reach the best effect of exposure.
We also have developed the new machines having the temperature-control unit , which can detect and control the temperature of the glass , cause if the glass is too hot , it will affect the result of the flashing.
How To Make a pre inked stamp with flash stamp machine ?
(1) Artwork : Prepare the artwork of imprint and print onto a tracing paper.
(2) Exposure:
1.Place the tracing paper on top of the exposure glass of flash stamp machine. 2.Place the clear OH film On Positive on top of the tracing paper. 3. Place flash pad on top of the OH film. 4.Place 2-3 pcs name card paper on top of the flash pad. Colse the machine cover and flash once only .
(3) Assembly:
Insert the ink foam into the stamp mount. place the flash pad face up onto the ink foam. Let the stamp on table and the ink will be transfered from ink pad to flash pad.After about 1-2hours ,the pre inked stamp is ready for use.
